I will give you this: this book is definitely not everyone. I think someone who understands Tyra's personality and lingo and follow her career and ANTM show would enjoy reading Modelland, but not for those Tyra's craze newbies. She definitely went all out with her lingo and writing, and I found it to be confusing at times just because there were so many odd languages. However, I did enjoy reading this. I thought it was fun, and the ending was unpredictable. It could've been shorter than almost-600-page though.
So, read it if you're bored and you like Tyra and want to know how the collaboration between Tyra's fantasy and modeling world ends up as. But don't read it if you're a newbie to ANTM and Tyra just because I don't think you would enjoy it.
