From the Mixed-Up Files of Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler by E.L. Konigsburg

4.0

I read this as my "Newbery Winner" for the two book lists I'm working through. I remembered loving it as a kid because I was fascinated with the idea of living in the museum. I didn't remember much else about it, except having read it in school--possibly in 4th grade. The most interesting thing about it from an adult perspective is the POV, which shifts from 3rd person with many asides to Saxonberg to 1st person once Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler appears in the story.
