i liked how SJM illustrated the world of Prythian. It was easy to digest, but left a lot up to the imagination of the reader on the visuals of people/landscapes.
Second half of the book was more enjoyable than the first half. I appreciated her writing skills for the action scenes. However, I found the dialogue hard to follow at times of who’s speaking. Additionally, I found her depictions of the faerie’s powers a little confusing at times as well.
You could feel the chemistry through the book, which led an enticing read. Definite page turner, finished within 24 hours.
