Fantastic Beasts - The Crimes of Grindelwald: The Original Screenplay by J.K. Rowling

So, this was the very first Wizarding World movie that I got to see in the theater. I wasn’t into Harry Potter when the movies were coming out and when Fantastic Beasts came out, I didn’t have anyone to go see it with. So, this experience was very emotional. Seeing the Warner Bro logo and hearing the HP theme brought me to tears.
The story is of course amazing, A lot of people may have a different opinion but I loved every single second of it. I believe JKR will work her magic and we will understand everything when time comes.
Our old characters are still the same and I love them all to pieces. Newt is still adorable and such a sweetheart. Tina is a tough cookie and definitely in her element in this movie. Queenie is a sweet soul. And Jacob is Jacob. Credence is a lost boy. My heart goes out to him. And the new characters, Leta, Theseus, Nagini, Flamel. They were all amazing. Oh and the Nifflers!! I want the baby Nifflers! They are the cutest little thing ever!
Our dear not so old Dumbledore. Hot damn. I’m just gonna say that Jude Law is the prefect Dumbledore. Who would have thought that he would be so hot? Like Dumble-Dayuummm. Sorry I had to. Okay so obviously we have all loved and adored Dumbledore. His knowledge, powers, and his peculiar quirks. And now we get to see his history, oh it’s so good! The little glimpse we got to see of Grindelwald and Dumbledore was actually touching. I need to learn everything about these two. Right now.
Grindelwald is a great villain. It’s the first time we really get to see him and he is freaking great. Unlike Voldemort, he isn’t pure evil. He wants a world with peace and harmony. His character is so complex, I am excited to see more of him. And Johnny Depp is phenomenal.
Overall, the movie is absolutely amazing. From the costumes, scenes, David Yates’ direction, to the plot. It is all mind blowing. Specially the plot twist, it’s been over a week and its all I keep thinking about. I must put all the pieces together and figure this out soon cause I certainly cannot wait 2 more years to find out.
