Unfortunately, for me this book is ultimately forgettable. Like, I forgot I read it until just now when I went back to see what I was supposed to review tonight. Not a good sign.
This book is about a pair of twins and their life after hurricane Sandy.
It was a cute book, but some of the side characters confused me, like that one college student guy that didn't really seem to serve any purpose except to give her some advice and an internship opportunity? And her brother Liam was really an asshat that I didn't understand at all. Like why did everyone let him get away with what he did? The book never explained it enough for me. I didn't even like him in the end, sorry author. You made him too unlikable.
So in the end I feel kind of meh about the whole thing. The romance was cute, but the flashbacks were distracting and the brother was near intolerable so the book was a wash for me.
