I thought I had used all of my tears when I read Within These Walls. Lailah was always in hospital with fighting a devastating heart condition. Jude was within the walls reliving the death of his fiancee. Long story short they were able to save each other. She brought him back to life and he had the money to pay for a life saving surgery. Together they formed and unbreakable bond of love.
In Beyond These Walls they have left the hospital walls behind to live their happily ever after. If you think this story is all chocolate and roses you couldn’t be farther from the truth. Keep the tissues handy. Put tabasco sauce on your fingernails. Put up the “Do Not Disturb” sign.
