It took me quite a while to start this series, given that it spans over 20 books, which felt quite daunting. When I finally began, I found the first few chapters rather dull and set the book aside for a few months. However, when I picked it up again and started from the beginning, I couldn’t put it down!
The story is fantastic. Preston and Child have crafted a perfect blend of science and horror with their exceptional writing skills. I was thoroughly impressed. The characters were so vivid and believable, behaving consistently with their personalities. The pacing was excellent and thrilling, making me feel as if I were in the Museum myself.
A solid five stars!
