It is the next installment to Jack's and Jill's story. Their portal lead them to a world that reminds me a black and white horror movie. It has mad scientists, werewolves, vampires and quite a plethora of other monsters. 🧛‍♂️🧟‍♂️🧌
I mostly enjoy the sequel stories a lot more than prequels because with the latter I already know the outcome and it lessens the fun of the story. Come Tumbling Down was a good story. I was only bothered by some of the characters' moods changing fast and being a bit overly dramatic. Like when Kaede went from liking Jack to thinking she's a monster to not thinking she's a monster....like it was nothing...The characters just felt a bit all over the place...🤔
The world was nice and creepy, and it's always fun to follow a quest through a portal. I am eager to read the next installments as well. 😊
