Puzo is a great writer, But in need of a lot more editing. When it's the core family members and gangster going ons, Perfect. Everything else [which there is a bit of] Just doesnt fit as nicely with the counterpart as the author believes. Stick to the movie unless your a mega fan. You really aren't missing to much
