As Old As Time
by Liz Braswell
DID NOT FINISH: 13%
I'm preemptively DNFing because I'm 13% in and I'm feeling it's going to drag.
Instead of getting a prologue with Belle's parents we're treated to alternating chapters between her father's story with her mother and then Belle's story.
I am not against dual timelines, but it's really disorienting when I get to the point where Belle decides to take her father's place and then *bam* we're back with her parents.
