A review by doroteadora
Sick Kids in Love by Hannah Moskowitz

4.0

Objectively 5*

Adorable YA that talks about chronic illnesses, abandonment, betrayal, neglect, dysfunctional families, love and so much more in such a fresh and authentic way.

What I liked the most about these characters is how unique they are and not in a quirky, im-not-like-other-girls way. They really think, talk and behave differently (which is actually more relatable than one type of YA characters that I'm so tired of reading about) while staying witty, smartass and entertaining.

I know that this "review" is really abstract, but I don't want to give away a lot, because I really do recommend this book if you are looking for a good YA with good rep and well-written characters THAT DON'T DIE.
