This is my first time reading a book about fairy's and I have to say it was intriguing. I struggled to get a good mental picture of moments at times because of the scale, I'm assuming, is much smaller, but really that was my only issue.
The story has some really good details that I always enjoy like the potential, which is like a mate, but not unless agreed. I loved the courts and the magic coming from the earth. Very traditional aspects that are so underrated with authors always pushing for the next new and interesting thing.
It's a slow start but once it sucks you in, you just cannot put it down and then the next thing you know it's over.
Would recommend and can't wait for the next one.
