The first ~25 pages of the book are really triggering and graphic, which, obviously since it’s a graphic novel but the descriptions of self harm not just the illustrations are quite graphic so tread lightly!!!
That being said I read this in about an hour and half and I really enjoyed it. Nagata Kabi really did try her best and she’s so RAW when explaining and depicting her difficulties opening up and just struggling to live—or, adult, it’s quite admirable 💜
