Interesting but draw back include:
• Lengthy explanations that become overcomplicated and overwhelming
• The constant reference to other products, I imagine the retreats cost thousands to attend. If I have bought a book I'd like to get something from it without having to get the material elsewhere
• Personally I don't feel there is an clear actionable plan to put the suggested practices into action. It would be helpful to have some sort of summary at the end for building this into your life. I'll have to go over the chapters again to build my own. I mean, ok but not ideal.
