I don't know if it's just been too long since reading the last volume of Saga, but this felt disconnected from the other volumes.
The narration from Hazel in these chapters felt like a little too much. I get that they're meant to be a way of foreshadowing, but it just felt like too much in this volume.
Also
I'm still mad Marko is dead. I hate that Marko is dead. Having his skull passed around made me sick.
