I’m genuinely in love with this graphic novel. The characters, the sex, the safe BDSM practises, the art…I’m at a loss for words. I’ve always wanted a graphic novel that wasn’t just weird fetish-y porn, and this one delivered to the high heavens.
The way BDSM was portrayed was a breath of fresh air. It was done delicately and thorough, unlike a lot of other books/comics that try to portray it, but ends up falling very flat and unsafe.
If you want a graphic novel that’s got great character growth, is hot as hell, and also has you laughing, I highly recommend this.
