The reading Gods gave me a second chance after i was disappointed by my first read of the year. It was everythinggg i wanted from that book. Loved it. It was so cute. Reading about idiots freaking out and not knowing the other person likes them back is my favourite thing. The was they explored their frustration around politics and feeling helpless was so relatable and perfect. I weirdly loved the ending, despite it being a painful disappointment, It just made sense. I just wish they had someone the characters age read the book before it was published, no 17 year old talks the way they do.
