Girl who had an absent mother and was mostly raised by grandmother learns more about family history.

The cause of death was less interesting than I’d hoped. It was fairly easy to predict that the mom was really the  grandmothers niece. From description I thought the grandmother would have been doing something more nefarious.

overall nice story and speaks to how people deal with crises
