This book was gifted to me because I am currently in the same situation as Lucy, so let me just say that it’s nice to know the experience and the feelings it conjures haven’t changed much. I also just love the writing; there were so many times when i just had to take a break and appreciate that brontë really figured out how to create art with words. This is just a great book for anyone who appreciates some reflective, emotionally complex and intensive reading. It’s actually better than that makes it seem, hence why I recommend if you like classic literature.
