I received this ARC from an SimonTeen Instagram giveaway in December 2020.

I appreciate how Choi writes 18-25 year old characters who are still figuring out who they are without being patronizing. Her character's always have great development as well. This book is what I wish the "New Adult" genre could be.

This story shed so much light on the complexities on what being a sister can mean. How you can love someone but absolutely not like them at the same time. And how immigration can affect a family. Also, this story shows how cruel the U.S healthcare system can be on mental and physical health.

I can't recommend this book enough!
