Better Angels: A Kate Warne Adventure by Jeff Jensen, George Schall
4.0
This was a nice look into the real history of the female agent Kate Warne who saved President Lincoln's life before the Civil War. A fascinating, interesting, and strong woman who made her own way in the world and left her important mark on history.
But the bouncing around with the timeline just made things confusing a bit. And there were times, it felt that things should have been fleshed out better and explained better. Also with the drawings, sometimes everyone looked the same, so it was hard to tell who was who.
Still a lot of historical fun.
