Finally managed to finish this trilogy. Overall, it's really a degree of weirdness to which I'm not sure how I feel about it, and it definitely could have been better fleshed out, but it's very par-for-the-course as far as an Arina Tanemura series goes.  It still manages to be cute, silly and somewhat emotional (though these days as far as the "emotional" part is concerned, I'd say it's a case where your mileage may vary.) Still, I'm glad I finished reading it. I've been planning to return this and the rest of my sister's Arina Tanemura manga to her as a gift, since she was originally in a position where she had no choice but to get rid of them. At least I finally finished reading Time Stranger Kyoko before returning it.
