"Because You Are" is a beautiful story that can be perceived as a self-reflection story or an adult talking to a child. The beautifully illustrated picture book spreads love and reflection on one's true self. The story inspires children to build self-confidence, follow their dreams and take the valuable tools they learn to put forth into the world. Therefore creating a more favorable environment for oneself and for others.
The book is filled with helpful little lessons on every single page. I particularly liked, and I quote, "So think beautiful thoughts and do beautiful things. Love your neighbor, be generous, help others, fight for what's right whenever and however you can."
This a beautiful inspirational story for children of all ages and adults who enjoy reading with their children. A great addition to classrooms, daycares, or public libraries.
