Wow. This one was WORLDS BETTER than the first one. I was on the fence about the plus-size aspect of things, especially as a former plus-size woman who still struggles with an eating disorder. Overall, I think the author did an incredible job at highlighting the beauty of a plus size woman, without focusing too much on her size or making it the main focus. I will say, if you have an eating disorder, or food is a trigger for you, this may not be the book for you, because food is a huge topic of conversation throughout the entire book. Some of the comments/descriptors are a tad triggering, and it was one thing that I found gave me the ick several times. Instead of focusing on Bobbi being plus size, there were several overly sexual comments about food? It just didn’t sit well with me HAHA. Anyways, Bobbi is such a boss ass babe, and Benji is a king. I really enjoyed them both so much from the beginning (besides their initial miscommunication that had my walls go up). THE SPICE IS INNNSAAAAANNNNEEEEEEEEE. Would recommend this over book #1 any day!
