This book was really entertaining to read. However, the misunderstand trope is something I’m not particularly keen on, which made it a bit more difficult for me to be fully engrossed in the book. The side characters and the crazy situation that Hugh put everyone in, did make me laugh out loud a couple of times. This comic nature of this book reminded me of Julia Quinn’s books and slightly of Georgette Heyer. I do look forward to reading what the other Merriwell sisters get themselves into.
