one of the more enjoyable classics i’ve read thus far, and definitely a staple for its time period. it almost delves into the absurd at times, which is quite interesting and keeps one reading. the ambiguity of the ending worked very well here. as far as plot goes, it’s not incredibly memorable. nonetheless, i would definitely recommend this to those who are wanting to read classics.
Moderate: Suicide
