Neverland Falling: A Retelling of Peter Pan: Part I by Brittany Fichter
5.0
I received a free copy of this book, and I am voluntarily leaving a review.
Let me start by saying that Peter Pan has never been one of my favorites. While I love the setting, I've always struggled to connect with the characters, Peter and Wendy. However, I love Fichter's work, so I expected to like it, but she really surprised me! I didn't like it. I LOVED it. It's one of my favorites of hers now! She really develops the characters of Peter and Wendy like never before. The characters are believable, and I connected with them. Also, the world building is spot on. I loved her take on the setting of Neverland, and I can't wait for the next book in the series.
