## 📖 My Thoughts
I wasn't sure if this would be my kinda thing but I really enjoyed it. The FMC is a human Cinderella character with her step mother, one kind step-sister and one mean. However, it is based in a world of fae and magic. Humans are the lowest tier and are seen as slaves. Cinderella is a branded slave of her step mother and must earn enough essence to buy her freedom. I thought this was a nice take and made it different enough from the original story to keep my attention. She meets a mysterious fae whose identity is unknown (but easy to guess). This was only the start of the story, I will be reading the next one to find out what happens next.
