From chapter one I knew I was going to love Dahlia as she doesn't back down from the hockey god Kane or anyone. She does not mess around. I was so curious about her story and I instantly wanted to know more about her and why she wanted revenge. Also I wanted to know more about each of the hockey gods ,but Kane stood out the most. I want to know why Kane is so willing to help Dahlia and why she intrigues him so much. Naturally I also wanted to know about the secret society. The dark banter between them is my favorite part.
Like most Rina books I couldn't wait for her to take me on a dark wild ride with Kane and Dahlia. I'm also always ready to see how the relationship between Kane and Dahlia will develop. Her books always hook me in! I'm so glad I picked this book up. It made me excited to read again! I look forward to book two and three.
