I was so close to dnf-ing the book like three times. I listened to the audio and it was painful because they were just shouting all the damn time, like every single line.
Plus the characters were unbearable at the beginning. I really thought about not reading the book but I usually don't dnf books so I pushed through and finished it.
It got better and I got used to the narration but overall it really wasn't my favorite.
One of the reasons why I kept going was probably that the book had its funny moments where I laughed and it was also quick and easy and once the romance started it was more interesting.

I didn't like Greer, she was rude and annoying a lot and she was pretty snobby too. I felt like everything bothered her and she was whiny.
I got more used to her as the story progressed and she got better towards the end but still I wasn't a big fan.
Also she was so fucking annoying with how she ran away mid sentence that she overheard. I mean if you eavesdrop than at least stay long enough to hear the whole conversation. I just think that the conflict was underwhelming and lazily done because it was based on an absolute misunderstanding.

Trent was better than Greer but his narrator's voice ruined him for me. He was just screaming every single line he read.
Trent was funny, interesting and I liked how determined he was to fight for the relationship. He was more likable than Greer and I just vibed with him more.

For how long we had to wait for them to get together we didn't really get to see them as a couple. We got like five scenes of them together and then they broke up. I also expected more steamy scene which again, I didn't get.
The relationship wasn't really there but the ending was very cute in my opinion. Both the party and then their engagement.
