Trust No One by Paul Cleave

5.0

"write what you know and fake the rest" this will forever pop up in my head.
The Book is beyond fascinating. The writing style is something i Love. it talks about an author who wrote crime novels using a pen name and suffered early Alzheimers. The story line evolves around what he thinks he did, what he actually did, and who can he trust. Should he trust himself, or the writer in him, his wife, his daughter, his best friend or his nurse. its a spiral of events. the ending was very satisfying, because it felt realizstic, and not "the hero saved the day, everyone was back to normal, the bad dude was taken care of, and now they lived happily" because i hate that. disappointing in terms of, you wished a better ending for a certain character, but satisfyong because its closer to reality. TRUST.. TRUST.. i have always had issues, and this book just made it worse. It made it worse for all the good reasons, but it did. i am at lost for words to say. But i would definitely recommend this book over and over again. Never boring, always on edge, a page turner, and great plot twists. Get a copy and judge for yourself.
