Great plot ideas but not fleshed out enough for me.
Rhiannon is a serial killer who kills people in her area that are sex offenders of some kind. This isn't some sort of social Justice killing, this is killing because she has a need to kill and just happens to stalk/kill these kinds of people. As the story progresses she gets more reckless which seems at odds with what we know about Rhiannon.
I feel like I needed a prequel to understand Rhiannon more and none of the other characters are developed enough to feel invested. There's a fine line between is Rhiannon heartless and doing nice acts to keep up appearances or could she actually be a nice person who does terrible things because of her past trauma.
