Breach of Peace by Daniel B. Greene

mysterious medium-paced

3.5

I'll give this a 3.5 star. This reminded me of a Dresden book, in the sense that its a story about a case that inevitably leads to the discovery of some tidbits of a larger plot. While I found the story intriguing, I do wish there was some more world building and character development. To me it felt more like an extended epilogue rather than a novella. That being said, for Daniels first book, it was pretty good. I will be listening to Rebels Creed over the coming weeks for sure, I'm curious where he is taking the story.
