Honestly this checked all the boxes, I just couldn't convince myself to care.
I think the real downfall was the "enemies to lovers" but lacking any substantial build up. We are told he is her enemy, and thrust into a forced proximity scenario, but there was zero build up. Everything just felt superficial, which was really disappointing because the plot itself was incredibly interesting.
