Oh my goodness! This book is gonna be hard to top! Yarros continued her Empyrean Series with Book 3, Onyx Storm, and it left me anxious for the next book. Once again she provided a book so engaging it was hard to put down, even after it ended.
Just a quick summary of the series, without spoilers. The Empyrean Series is about a War Collage that trains Dragon Riders (and scribes and healers) for war. You meet a variety of characters that you will both love and hate, but thoroughly enjoy getting to know.
There are some trigger warnings - so if you are new to The Empyrean Series check those out and start with the first book, Fourth Wing, and buckle up for an amazing ride!
