This book was very long and had a lot of singing. Being in Snow’s head for the whole book was awful. There were moments throughout the book where it was clear you were supposed to feel sympathy for him but I never did. He never did anything to be good, only to appear to others as good. The time he spends in the districts does nothing for character growth. I know that was on purpose but I still hated it. This is my least favorite hunger games book, however I do appreciate the contribution to the universe.
