Ever since watching GOT, I've always wanted to read a story that captured Deanerys and Khal Drago's love story with HEA, and I finally found it!

World building ⭐️⭐️⭐️.7

Narration: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I love this story! Circe, who lives in Seattle and works for her dads company, wakes to find herself in a whole other world. She is in a pen with a bunch of other women and no clue how she got there. Turns out she is about to take part in a barbarian wife hunt!!!. Unlike all the other women with dark hair, she is blonde and catches the eye of The Dax.
As you can guess, the Dax named Lahn did obtain her has his wife, and she is taken forcefully. After a few days, the Dax changes tactics and treats her softly. Circe is taken back by this and soon starts to develop feelings for him. It shows the struggles she faces living amongst the brutal Warriors and how they treat their women. She does form a friend group, and another woman, Diandra, is able to speak both languages and helps guide Circe in their way of living
There are some side plots with two other kingdoms and a few other twists and turns along the way, which add to the storyline. The Spice is there, but it's light to medium.
What I loved:
How much Lahn took in and would surprise Circe. He wasn't only a brute but very intelligent. He loved her fierceness. it scratched my Deanerys and Khal Drago's itch
What I didn't like:
There were two or three sections of writing thrown in that ddint make sense to the timeline and added no value.
ill be reading the rest of the series, like book 1 because I read this out of order.
