retupas 's review for:
Queen Charlotte
by Shonda Rhimes, Julia Quinn
Somehow I realize I got my hands on a first edition of Queen Charlotte. Which as I’m reading it is amazing but sadly does not include the iconic line
“Sorrows…Sorrows Prayers.”
But it’s more focused on the story of Young: Lady Danbury, Queen Charlotte, King George, Brimsley and Reynolds.
The added bits with the flash forwards are not present but I think that aids in book format. It’s narrowed in, even though they were created at the same time I think they both have their strengths.
I find the extra peeks into the characters much more interesting. I highly recommend this book for fans of the show and romance readers.
