"How does one live in a world that turns away from such injustice for so long? Is this what it means to be Palestinian, Mother?"
A powerful book following four generations of Palestinians, from the Nakba in 1948, to the early 2000's. The injustice, the pain, and the trauma infliced by the Zionist regime is so vivid in this book and I felt it so deeply as I read. A poignant, and frankly phenomenal book.
