I have mixed feelings about this book. The first half was great - funny, relatable, and a really interesting plot. It has all the makings of a 5 star classic chick lit novel. But then it sort of falls into trite steamy romance and then the writers decide to quickly wrap everything up, skipping over all of the interesting parts of the story. I am still giving it 4 stars and I still think it is worth reading, but I would have liked more development of the family drama. It would have made the ending more satisfying.
