Reread!!!! So cutie, easy read, lots of emotions… I just love these characters and this world that Alise Oseman has created. Even though this is a YA series, it covers SO many important topics and various hardships in life. It’s one of those series that I wish I had while I was in middle and high school. Oseman approaches these super scary ideas so delicately, but she doesn’t hide them and she shows that people are more than just their mental illnesses, for example, and that growth can come from that. This series, I’d imagine, would be such a great way for families to talk about things like queer identities and mental health. I cannot wait to see how scenes from the novella play out on screen. Love love LOVE!!!!
