Full of valuable information and instructions on making business offers.  It is also highly readable and includes elements of personal story from the author, which bring it all alive.  

I would just say that although the information and advice given can be applied to physical products (sometimes with a bit more imagination needed), there seems to be more of a biais (especially in the examples used to illustrate) towards service industries.  

 The diagrams in my book and photos were not always clearly printed (though that may have just been this particular copy or maybe due to it being the author's first book and produced on a lower budget), however, the written information still explained all that was necessary. 

The unclear diagrams and photos plus perhaps an excessive service industry biais (though that may suit others well), are what made me remove 0.25 stars, though please do not be put off, as I would still highly recommend this book, whatever business type you have.  I feel that the author has been very generous with all the down-to-earth and actionable advice that they have given.  I am sure that if I put this advice into action, I will see great results!

I brought this book to France with me and wished I hadn't left his next book (about getting leads) on my shelf at home, as was so keen to read it!
