I have never posted a review for this book so here goes..

This is my second time reading this and for second time it is a 5 star ⭐️ for me.
This is such an unlikely and dramatic story! I honestly cannot imagine myself in Emma’s shoes.
Or Sam’s. Or Jesse’s.
Man… that’s so hard..
I felt so bad for Emma who finally after presumed death of her husband Jesse, found love and happiness again. For Jesse to then turn up after years of being missing hoping that everything will be as before.
And poor Sam! - to go through this heartbreaking uncertainty!
What a book!
Loved every bit of it!
Apart from the obvious, there’s some good conversation on sister - sister relationships, daughter - parents and the parental expectations… but just generally about how us, human, grow and change and that we become completely different people to the people we’ve been before.
