Oh man, so this book goes on and on about how great the Scandinavian countries are, and I'm all for it. Haha, having lived there, I get it. So there are lots of things mentioned in this book that are out of my sphere of direct influence, but there are plenty of good ideas here that I am going to try and implement. If I can be a little kinder and help others do the same, that's something.
