A Kingdom of Flesh and Fire by Jennifer L. Armentrout

Did not finish book. Stopped at 54%.
It kinda just sucks... The first book was pretty good. This one wastes so much time on Poppy's internal monologue. And she's extremely repetitive and contradictory of herself. Also, why wasn't she disturbed by hawk talking about growing up with his brother? How could he do that if he were from a normal family who didn't have to give up their babies? There's so many things like that which are just overlooked or explained away. Huge plotholes. And the relationship is shitty too. Very messy lines of consent. Not cool.
