Everyone says "I support women's rights but more importantly women's wrongs".
I mean, do I want to be a chic, read head, food critic traveling from NYC to Italy on a whim?
Yes.
Do I glorify killing men for the most stupid reasons?
No .
That being said, this is more of 3.90, almost a 4 for me.
I enjoyed deeply reading Dorothy's story, I'm into this dark, twisty, a bit gorey books, so that was no big deal for me. The story moves at a very decent pace, I enjoyed the pop culture references, the food analogies and the killings, almost as much as Dorothy's decent into paranoia.
At some points I felt that the story was dragging a bit , or that it left plot holes, but I'm willing to be forgiving.
This would have been an amazing read before Tender is the flesh.
