I truly just don’t know how I feel about this book. I didn’t like the main character from the beginning, and I hoped the book would show some growth. Unfortunately, I don’t think there was really any growth. However, I do think there was connection with others, which is a different form of character development. She didn’t grow as a person, perse, but she did grow in her ability to form connections with others and that’s still something.
