Second chance romance done so right! Nora and Derek had me hooked from the start. They are college sweethearts who lost their way but found their spark again in the most unexpected (and hilarious) way. The tension was perfectly paced and the banter, on fire.
I loved the layered character development, the heartfelt moments and the lesson in knowing your worth. Nora’s “never settle” mindset was empowering, and Derek? Total softie in cleats. Sarah Adams knows how to blend sweet with swoony, and this one absolutely earns a top spot on my comfort read list.
