Honoured Enemy by William R. Forstchen, Raymond E. Feist
2.0
Let me be clear, I really enjoyed the story of this book, but Honoured Enemy by Raymond E. Feist and William R. Forstchen is one of the sloppiest books I have ever read. I read some books a year or so ago I thought needed an editor, but migods, this book takes the cake. Character names changing in the matter of a sentence or two. Details getting switched around all over the place. Heck, even had contradicting details in the same sentence. The other book in this little trilogy "Legends of the Riftwar" that I've read so far was pretty sloppy as well, but not on this level. I'm dreading what I'll get with Murder in LaMut. The bad editing and sloppy writing got distracting way too often for me to score this book any higher than two stars, even though I enjoyed the story. Those flaws were just so prevelant.
