Fascinating! Though the cover should be PLASTERED with trigger warnings.
Definitely would recommend listening to it, although there are many instances I would have liked to highlight a phrase.
Why our minds & brains aren’t taught from day one in health class will forever piss me off.
Kept it at 4 stars bc Bessel has been criticized by some for inaccurate scientific findings and inappropriate actions but I didn’t see them here. I gotta look into it!!
